Job Description
AR Job Scope:
1. Check and verify the work order and issue sales invoice,
2. Prepare monthly aging and customer statement of account;
3. Follow up with payment collection;
4. Accounting data entry and maintain proper filling system;
5. Any ad-hoc duties as required from time to time and by superior
B. AP Job Scope:
1. Account Payable included but not limited to verify and process staff claims, vendor’s payment process;
2. Fixed Assets registration and update.
3. Accounting data entry, and maintain proper filling system;
4. Monthly AP report analysis;
5. Ensure payments are executed on timely manner and accurately as well as in compliance with company policies & procedures and controls;
6. Any ad-hoc duties as required from time to time and by superior
Internship Requirements
Requirement:
1. Preferable candidate with degree or above or professional certificate in accounting;
2. Minimum 2 years related working experience with international company will be added advantage.
3. Good communication skills in Chinese and English, both spoken and written;
4. Familiar with SAP software will be added advantage
