We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support HR-related projects, bilingual content creation, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in human resources, content management, and cross-cultural communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit Chinese-language course materials with guidance from supervisors.
- Assist in HR projects, including recruitment coordination and translation of documents between Chinese and English.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders, write engaging stories in Chinese, and publish them on the company’s WeChat public account.
- Research and edit relevant business management articles for publication, ensuring clarity and reader engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of company promotional activities.
- Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling, filing, and other duties as assigned.
任职要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with content management on social media platforms (e.g., WeChat).
- Interest in HR practices and cross-cultural communication.
