About the Role
Sateri Group, a member Company of RGE Group in China, is the world’s largest producer of viscose fibers. You will join the VSF Commercial team at Sateri’s Jiangxi Mill, where you will participate in sales data analysis, follow up on order processes, learn about customer complaint handling procedure and attend related business activities, including customer visits.
What You'll Do
• Assist in the preparation of relevant sales reports and conduct sales data analysis.
• Understand the sales workflow, order execution process and order/customer management to provide excellent sales service
• Learn the export order process, prepare export documents and related materials, and follow up on export orders.
• Familiarize yourself with the customer complaint handling process and learn from the technical service team how to manage customer complaints and complete the process in the SAP system.
• Participate in related business activities, including customer visits and other relevant activities.

• Gain work experience at one of the world's largest viscose manufacturer;
• Receive direct guidance from senior members of the group’s VSF Commercial Team;
• Acquire hands-on experience in the sales team.

• 熟悉客诉处理流程，向技术服务团队学习如何处理客户投诉以及如何在SAP系统中完成客户投诉处理；
• 参与商务团队的相关活动，包括工厂参观、客户拜访等相关活动；
• 在实习期间接受团队高级成员的指导和在职培训。

任职要求
Basic Qualifications
• Singapore citizens with current enrolment in an undergraduate course majoring in Economics, Business Management or related fields;
• Strong command of English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software;
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong execution ability.
