岗位描述
1. 日常销售现场带看，拜访工作
2. 根据实际要求，出具客房租约及协议，并在sales force以及RMS系统中输入，要求准确及时；
3. I-ascott & GDS 的相关系统设定；
4. 日常合同及租约的整理及归档工作；
5. 根据要求汇总各销售数据并制作各类销售报表；
6. 各类价格的录入工作；
7. 负责领导交办工作的跟进
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历;
2. 悉使用办公软件Word, Excel, PowerPoint
3. 具有良好的中、英文双语能力，能够熟练的与客户沟通，处理客户的问题
4. 性格开朗，具有良好的沟通能力
5. 工作认真仔细、虚心,能承受工作压力。
