岗位描述

In this role you will be responsible for:
• Support TD related project management in terms of info research, data analysis; Be proactive in conducting various topical studies & research, providing analytical reporting and insights into training, learning, talent and leadership development topics
• Support learning activities including but not limited to activity design, arrangements like poster design and room set-up, facilitation and feedback collection/analysis
• Take care of purchase and payment processes for training programs
• Attend to other assigned tasks, including but not limited to learning activities deployment

Internship Requirement:
• Basic designing/photoshop skills
• Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources / psychology / marketing preferred
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong team-player
• Detail-orientated, taking accountability for administrative work
• Fluent in English and mandarin, both oral and written as it is mandatory to work with our chinese team members.
