Overview:
Responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide support and recommendations for the company's strategic decision-making. By deeply understanding the company's business model and market demands, employ data-driven methods and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize business data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business data, identify trends and potential issues, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and provide targeted data support and recommendations.
- Develop and optimize data analysis models to improve analysis efficiency and accuracy.
- Write analytical reports to present findings and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Monitor business performance by tracking and analyzing key business metrics, and provide timely suggestions for improvement.

任职要求

Qualifications:
Proficient in data analysis tools (such as SQL, Python, etc.), with excellent data processing skills. Possess good communication skills and a team-oriented spirit, sensitive to business insights, and have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Additional Points:
Experience in project management, capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in IT/data product design, able to produce requirement documents, process diagrams, and prototype documents, among other related materials.
