岗位描述

1、Communicate with customers and suppliers,conduct business operations,handle abnormal situations, and provide support and guarantees for the smooth development of business;
2、Coordinate with customers and suppliers for invoicing and settlement, and cooperate with finance to complete reconciliation work;
3、After the completion of the order, organize and archive all relevant documents and materials;
4、Regularly collect, edit, and organize business related data, and make statistical reports;
5、Assist department managers in completing daily tasks, handling daily sales internal affairs (such as contract、 order management);
6、Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求

• 2023 fresh graduates, majoring in international transportation, logistics management, international trade or something related
• Fluent in Chinese
• Strong learning ability and self-motivated mindset
• Good interpersonal communication skills
