岗位描述

*This position is opening throughtout the year.

1. Assist in improving the UI design of Trip.com products;
2. Assisted in following up the design scheme, cooperated with the upstream and downstream, got an in-depth understanding of the business, cooperated with the product and development to ensure the realization of the effect;
3. Pay attention to the experience of existing products, take the initiative to find experience problems and initiate optimization proposals to continuously improve the experience;
4. Have an understanding of UI design that can be used to draw lessons from projects;
5. Actively cooperate with the team, complete the design task, modify and confirm with high quality on time, and finish the work given by the superior efficiently and on time, as well as other temporary works.


任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in fine arts or design with good drawing skills and fine arts cultivation; internship experience in software, consulting, Internet companies, or international product design experience is a plus;
2. Have excellent design aesthetic taste and visual expression ability, have certain research on fashion trends of design, and have understanding and analysis ability of interaction design;
3. Good cooperation attitude, development mentality and team spirit, passion, creativity and sense of responsibility; have good communication skills, attention to details and strong learning ability;
4. Have subjective initiative of creative ideas and experience in interface design;
5. Proficient in using all kinds of design software, with illustration ability and 3D design ability is preferred;
6. Ensure that the attendance is no less than 3 days per week, and the duration of internship will be no less than 3 months.
