1. Reading and analyzing large numbers of English original novels across many genres;
2. Researching novel writing methodologies; and providing authors with content suggestions to achieve greater success;
3. Exploring stories with potential;
4. Deconstructing stories and mining for gems among them;
5. Maintaining good relationships with all contracted authors and frequently communicating with them;
6. Assisting authors to achieve greater popularity.

・拆解故事结构并提炼核心亮点；
・维护与签约作者的良好关系，保持高频沟通；

任职要求

1. Fluent Chinese speaker (Mandarin) and English speaker is preferred;
2. Deep love and enthusiasm for the reading of web novels, light novels or other fictional genres;
3. Experienced writer is preferred;
4. Good communication skills and quick learner.
