About the role
Sateri Group, a member Company of RGE Group in China, is the world’s largest producer of viscose fibers. You will join the Product Development team at Sateri’s Jiangxi Mill participating in new product development projects while completing various tasks required for product development.
What You'll Do
• OJT on viscose fibers manufacture process;
• Research and develop new functional viscose fibers on a lab line;
• Apply new functional materials into viscose fiber and evaluate various quality indicators and fiber spinability;
• Report on development progress every two weeks while receiving support from the team.
How You'll Grow
• Gain work experience at one of the world's largest and best-managed viscose plants;
• Have the opportunity to learn from and consult with field experts;
• Acquire hands-on experience with an operation focus in lab trials;
• Receive direct guidance and mentorships from the R&D Director.

任职要求
Basic Qualifications
• Singapore citizens with current enrolment in an undergraduate course majoring in Chemistry, Material science, Textile, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering;
• Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin;
• Strong research or data analytics skills;
• Eager to learn and interested in pursuing a career in R&D

• 优秀的英语、普通话听说读写能力；
• 优秀的研究或数据分析能力；
