This is an HR intern position in China HQ office to support HR daily work for Ascott China:
•Support training logistics, training records maintenance, support any of the training organized by China L&D team, verify training data and work on the L&D training report.
•Support staff engagement activities, including preparation for the activity, implementation and follow ups.
•HR HC data collection and verification to make out the monthly HC report.
•Coordinate basic recruitment arrangements, such as interview arrangement for intern programme.
•Involve in any HR programmes such as HR framework setup for new products as long-term rental apartment and senior living projects, etc.
•Support any ad-hoc event or important training/workshop etc.
•Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职要求
We Expect You to:
-Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Strong interest in human resources management and a desire to pursue a career in the HR field.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems.
-Fluent in Chinese
