We are seeking a passionate and creative HR Intern to join our team and support our global employer branding operations. This role will involve responsibilities including but not limited to overseas social media management, overseas recruitment, employee English training, and gathering information on the latest global HR practices. We welcome applications from candidates whose native language is English.

Responsibilities:
- Support the promotion and operation of the company's global employer brand, particularly on overseas social media platforms.
- Assist in conducting overseas recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Organize and conduct English training courses for employees to enhance their language skills.
- Collect and analyze the latest practices and trends in global human resources management to provide strategic recommendations to the company.
- Assist with other daily tasks and projects within the HR team.

任职要求

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field; majors in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Media, or related fields are preferred.
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly in English throughout the entire process.
- Strong interest in human resources management and brand operations, with basic HR knowledge.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their operational strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
