About the role
Sateri Group, a member Company of RGE Group in China, is the world’s largest producer of viscose fibers. You will join the Supply Chain team at Sateri, working in one of our most established supply chain operation responsible for innovation and digital transformation of the group’s logistics operations and management.
What You'll Do
• Optimize Logistics Solutions: participate in S&OP related work, and develop the optimal supply chain solution achieving a balance between Sateri’s various factories and customer demands
• Supply Chain Process Management: sort out the existing supply chain workflow, propose rationalization proposal and supervise the effectiveness of each mill;
• Logistics Cost Control: revise and improve the logistics cost analysis model, track and analyse the rationality of cost changes across mills
• Digital Projects: Participate in the group’s digital transformation projects, proposing suggestions to upgrade the process of smart scheduling, warehousing and distribution.

工作内容
• 供应方案优化：参与产销协同计划相关工作，制定和优化赛得利各个工厂生产和客户需求间的最优供应方案；
• 供应链流程管理：对供应链现行的工作流程进行梳理，提出合理化建议，并监督和稽查各工厂的落实情况；
• 物流成本控制：修订并完善物流成本分析模型，跟踪并分析各工厂物流成本变化的合理性；
• 数字智能化物流：参与企业数字化转型项目，提出实现智能调度、智能仓储、智能配送等环节的数字化升级建议或先进技术参考。

任职要求
Basic Qualifications
• Singapore citizens with current enrolment in an undergraduate course in logistics or related field; understand the basic principles of logistics and supply chain management ;
• Excellent data analytics skills and proficient in gathering information from multiple channels;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office(e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant logistics software;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin, good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.
