Job Description

Responsible to serve Beverage & Food, and attend to guest needs, in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Always strive to obtain the maximum efficiency and promote teamwork between all associates. Observe and enforce objectives, policies, standards and procedures.

Beverage & Food Attendants will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Ensure work area, side station and equipment are spotless, in good condition and sufficient for operation.
Ensure the restaurant are cleaned, table properly set up and ready prior to opening.
Report any defects or any suspicious behaviour to superior.
To complete all duties assigned by the end of the shift – according to hotel’ standard (cleaning and maintenance of equipment, re-stocking, mise-en-place, collecting linen from the laundry and polishing of cutlery / glassware, etc).

Friendly, and welcoming personality and loves interactions with people. Able to react according to situations.
English Language Proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
