Job Description
Job Summary
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of Digital Twin and AI solutions across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive the adoption of AI technologies.
Job Responsibilities
• Define and develop product strategy and roadmap for our suite of AI products and services, driven by customers’ insights and competitor landscape and in line with company’s strategy and goals. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product strategy and development. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive continuous improvement and innovation in products.
• Translate concepts into a working product through iterative manner, starting from minimum viable product and scaling it subsequently to meet the product strategy and goal. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of user personas, market trends, and business objectives.
• Define user flows and establish user requirements with UI/UX and Technology teams to build the best-in-class customer experiences.
• Drive use case discovery process and experiments through identification of opportunities based on customers’ and employees’ job-to-be done. Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric design and functionality in product development processes
• Define and implement policies in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Work alongside with key stakeholders to provide clear communications of the product and services to our customers and touchpoints. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to drive product development, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Analyze product metrics and user behaviour data to iterate on existing features and identify opportunities for improvement.
Internship Requirements
• Experience across broad domains preferably in digital / innovations / AI/ML
• Proficient in formulating and implementing strategies / policies to achieve the organisation's goals and objectives.
• Strong understanding of data centre industry, operations, regulations and risks is preferred.
• Analytical problem solver, persistent and driven with demonstrated characteristics of a forward thinker and self-motivator who thrives on new challenges.
• People-oriented and demonstrates strong engagement, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work with people of different backgrounds.
• Able to work independently and is adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage ambiguity, assess situations independently and apply judgment as appropriate.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation both internally and externally.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and delivering innovative products.
• Familiarity with project management tools, design thinking methodologies, and market research techniques.
