Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible intern to join our team! As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and have the opportunity to participate in various consulting projects. Our services cover multiple areas, including job design, recruitment, performance management, employee training, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of consultancy documents like reports, slide decks or training materials.
- Assist Business Unit in HR Consultancy Projects
- Assist Business Unit in preparing for Client Training Programs
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project matters
- Drive Recruitment Activities internally and externally
- Assist the Business Unit in any other Ad Hoc requirement


Internship Requirements

- Undergraduate in any field (no experience required, HR-related is an advantage)
- Able to commit to a full time internship of at least 4 months
- Able to communicate with English and Chinese speaking clients
- Have good time and task management skills
- Able to work well under pressure
