Job Description

Assist with overall day-to-day operations in the Hot Kitchen, BBQ and Dim Sum sections
Assist with preparation of ingredients, condiments and dishes according to SOP and standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
Support catering events
Assist with special projects


Internship Requirements

6 days work week, willing to work on weekends/PH and shift
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to cope in fast-paced environment with heavy volume
