Job Description

Job Description:

-Assist the team in the development of planning, creating and executing the overall digital marketing strategy
-Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display, etc.)
-Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, social media platforms, and email/CRM software
-Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
-Manage social media accounts and handle marketing campaigns
-Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
-Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
-Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions rate
-Analyze digital marketing analytic reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
-Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
-Oversees targets/plan to and conduct sales/marketing reporting
-Other ad-hoc task as assigned

-随时了解新兴的数字工具和平台、数字营销趋势、新技术,并与团队其他成员分享见解
-监督目标/计划并进行销售/营销报告
-其他分配的临时任务


Internship Requirements

Job Requirement:

-Possessed both critical and creative thinking skills
-Proficiency in creative writing
-Strong understanding of social media best practices including Xiao Hong Shu
-Possessed good knowledge in digital tools with hands on experience in SEM,
SEO, display, social, email, google analytic, programmatic advertising, etc.
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-A strong team player to be able to collaborate with different internal and external parties to accomplished the identified objectives
-Ability to conduct market analysis, use various information platforms to obtain industry data, conduct customer analysis, and target the correct audience & market effectively
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
