About the role
Sateri Group, a member Company of RGE Group in China, is the world’s largest producer of viscose fibers. You will join the NSF (Nonwoven Spunlace Fabric) Commercial team at Sateri’s Jiangxi Mill.
Your role will involve participating in the entire business process of the nonwoven fabric sector, including market intelligence gathering, communication with key clients, sales order forecasting and planning, execution of sales orders, and participating in relevant activities with the business team. During this position, you will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process and all elements of business management from the perspectives of market, clients, and operations. You will also learn about the business model of nonwoven fabrics, which are increasingly popular and becoming household items.
What You'll Do
• Communicate with the factory to convert sales order into production plans.
• Track the execution of production plans based on client delivery requirements to ensure timely inventory availability.
• Collect and analyze industry information through research channels, including changes in client demand and competitive trends, to update market intelligence.
• Participate in relevant activities of the business team, including industry exhibitions, factory tours for key clients, and client visits.
• Receive guidance and on-the-job training from senior team members during the internship.

工作内容

• 按照客户需求的交期，跟踪订单生产计划的执行，确保及时入库；
• 通过检索渠道搜集分析行业信息，包括客户需求变化及趋势特征、竞争对手等，更新市场情报；
• 参与商务团队的相关活动，包括行业展会、大客户客户参观工厂、大客户客户拜访等相关活动；
• 在实习期间接受团队高级成员的指导和在职培训。

Internship Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Singapore citizens with current enrolment in an undergraduate course majoring in business administration, marketing, economic management and related fields;
• Excellent English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office professional office software
• Excellent communication skills, diligent and meticulous work, strong execution ability
