Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Operation, management, and maintenance of recruitment websites
Preliminary screening, classification, management, and advancement of candidate resumes
Appropriate learning and practice in communicating with candidates to assess their quality
Documentation and related procedural work
Coordination of interview times between interviewers and candidates, arrangement of interviews, and other procedural tasks
Other tasks assigned by leadership
Internship Requirements
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English with a solid foundation, capable of using it as a proficient working language
Preferably has HR-related professional knowledge, with a bachelor's degree or above, and candidates from prestigious institutions and those with overseas education are preferred
Intelligent and alert, good at thinking, clear and organized in multitasking
Interested in recruitment work, especially in the recruitment of IT talent in the fintech industry
Full-time internship (6 months, Monday to Friday) is preferred, with the opportunity for retention based on outstanding performance
