Job Description
This is an HR intern position in China HQ office to support HR daily work for Ascott China:
Support training logistics, training records maintenance, support any of the training organized by China L&D team, verify training data and work on the L&D training report.
Support staff engagement activities, including preparation for the activity, implementation and follow ups.
HR HC data collection and verification to make out the monthly HC report.
Coordinate basic recruitment arrangements, such as interview arrangement for intern programme.
Involve in any HR programmes such as HR framework setup for new products as long-term rental apartment and senior living projects, etc.
Support any ad-hoc event, such as HR Forum in H2 2023.
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Internship Requirements
College degree or above, major in hotel management, tourism or Human Resources is preferred
Detail-oriented
Proficiently use Office software, such as PPT, Excel and Word
Fluent in both English and Chinese
