Job Description
RFP Coordination
- Download all data from Lanyon (if there is)
- Assist to Q&A to property response to RFP
- Audit property response on Lanyon;
- Update SF RFP Bids status;
NAA coordination
- Collect and summarize prices.
- Communication and follow-up during the negotiation process
- Follow up with SMT in the production of the agreement.
Assistance to TMC
- Collect the participation registration of the property;
- Communication of customer payment and credit, verification, etc.;
Daily Sales related issues coordination and support. Such as activity arrangement and communication.
Internship Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study, such as Business Management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in Chinese
