Job Description

*This position is opening throughout the year.

1. Assist in handling the recruitment activities, including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, directly sourcing candidates, phone interview and candidate reception, etc.;
2. Assist HRBP to ensure the implementation of human resources projects, including not limited to talent development, training and employee engagement, etc.,
3. Conduct human resources-related data analysis, data maintenance and report generation when necessary;
4. Other works assigned by the team.


Internship Requirements

1. High proficiency in English and Mandarin;
2. Able to attend work 5 days/week, and have internship for 6 months;
3. Quick learner with excellent communication and presentation skills;
4. Logical thinking, collecting and processing the information effectively while integrating resources;
5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
6. Demonstrate strong adaptability and resilience under pressure; motivated, results-focused, and optimistic;
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Video/newsletter designing tools ((PS, Adobe Premier, Office).
