1. Driving business growth for the Emerging Markets regions – with a key focus on go to market strategies and market research.
2. Drive business requirements to address issues along with clear go to market implementation strategies
3. Assist team in formulating and implementing market growth strategies based on client and market insights. Leverage user growth tools and product incentives to drive new user acquisition and engagement.
4. Collaborate with international Product teams & international Service teams (eg Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, Onboarding etc) ) to define, develop, improve and implement processes, policies and/or system related solutions.
5. Provide insights & drive implementation on cross functional projects, execute recommendations via gathering business requirements for tech builds, drafting of business requirement documents, process mapping & re-engineering & project management.
6. Perform various administrative and operational duties to drive effectiveness. These operational tasks include but are not limited to preparation of materials for senior management, facilitate key management meetings, maintenance of target timelines of initiatives & getting updates to drive traction, draft processes & validate implementation of initiatives.

1. Fluent in both verbal and written English and Mandarin as it is required to work with the chinese team members
2. Ability to work across organizational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity and setting up internal networks to break down barriers and improve cross functional collaboration.
