Job Description
· Assist in analyzing market trends, external environment, industry policies, competitors, etc., to provide support for business development.
协助进行市场趋势、外部环境、行业政策、竞争对手等分析，为业务发展提供支持。
· Assist to monitor and track macro-economic drivers and competitive dynamics in the hospitality industry.
协助监测和跟踪酒店行业的宏观经济驱动因素和竞争动态。
· Assist in feasibility analysis and property evaluation and help visit the property if needed.
协助进行项目可行性及资产价值评估，必要时协助进行项目实地踏勘。
· Assist in portfolio management and help clean up property database.
协助进行公司在管项目管理，协助整理项目数据库。
· Assist in FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis).
协助进行项目管理财务规划分析。
· Assist in drafting strategy/approval papers and presentations.
协助完成战略建议、提交管理层审核的文档或文书以及演示用的材料。
Internship Requirements
· Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
· Good at data analysis.
· Good analytical and communication skills.
· Self-driven and good learner.
· Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
· Strong command of both the English and Chinese languages, can use Chinese as working language fluently.
