Job Description
As a Product Operations assistant, your responsibilities will center around project management and operations. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
1. Project management: own content projects especially on content mapping work.
2. Operations: source, maintain, and improve the quantity and quality of POI /Hotel content.
3. Collaboration: reach out to colleagues across teams to move projects forward.
4. Communication: prepare and handle reports and presentations related to team projects and KPIs.
5. Data Driven: conduct data analysis, interpret the results, translate into meaningful actions, and communicate this upwards and sideways.
Internship Requirements
Job requirements:
1. Degree in Tourism Management related / Business Management or equivalent experience
2. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and SQL / Python required
3. Proactive, friendly, with a sense of responsibility, and can work independentlyProcess-orientated, flexible and has an eye for detail
4. Team player, motivated and enjoys working in e-travel
5. Fluent in English both speaking and writing
