Job Description
• A full understanding of the business processes in PIL with job rotation in various departments.
• Build up commercial awareness and understand company strategy.
• Master working skills and professional knowledge, improve management ability and personal influence.
• Determine the job position after performance appraisal.
Internship Requirements
• 2023 fresh graduates, majoring in international transportation, logistics management, marine engineering or something related
• Fluent in Chinese
• Strong learning ability and self-motivated mindset
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Smooth logical thinking
• Teamwork spirit
• Some shipping industry internship experience is a plus
