Job Description

1. Responsible for the whole-process management of production materials, consumables, semi-finished products and finished products in strict accordance with GMP requirements.
2. Mastery of the principles of DP equipment, familiarity with the production process, you may be able to operate equipment independently and perform basic maintenance of related equipment.
3. In accordance with GMP requirements, draft and revise related operating procedures, batch production records and related files.
4. Strictly adhere to change control and deviation investigation process, organize the drafts and implementation of changes, conduct deviation investigations, and establish corrective and preventive actions.
5. Analyze and solve problems arising in the manufacturing process independently.
6. Continuously optimize production processes and workflows to ensure production quality and improve production efficiency.
9. Participate in designing and recommending new plants.
10. Participate in audits related to DP manufacturing.
11. Adherence to company compliance requirements.

Internship Requirements

1. Students who are pursuing diploma / degree in Singapore
2. Majors in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or Microbiology, etc.
3. Knowledge in GMP is preferred and expertise in aseptic production is preferred.
4. Master solid basic knowledge related to pharmacy and biotechnology, and be proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Good English language skills and proactive analysis to solve problems that arise in the work.
6. Great hands-on operation ability, careful and conscientious equipment operation and timely records.
7. Good communication and expression skills.
8. Team collaboration, efficient execution and great responsibility.
