Job Description
Financial Data Management
- Assist in the organization, preservation, and archiving of financial documents and records.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
Monthly Financial Analysis
- Support the monthly financial analysis process by handling data compilation and processing.
- Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement within financial data.
Financial Management Process Optimization
- Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of existing financial management processes.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating tasks to improve efficiency.
Coordination with Regional Properties
Cross-Departmental Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.
- Act as a bridge between finance and other departments to ensure alignment and cooperation.
Internship Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a finance, accounting, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Chinese
