About the role
Sateri Group, a member Company of RGE Group in China, is the world’s largest producer of viscose fibers. You will join the group’s Procurement team at Sateri’s Jiangxi Mill, assisting in the full-cycle management of products or services procured for the mills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and executing category strategies, supplier lifecycle management, cost management, business negotiations, contract management, quality management, compliance management, procurement process optimization, and talent pipeline development.

What You'll Do
• Develop reasonable category strategies based on the group's procurement strategy and characteristics of purchasing categories, continuously optimizing and adjusting during the implementation
• Source for the most suitable supplier resources and constantly optimize the supplier base for long-term collaboration, managing the whole life cycle of supplier introduction, training, management and elimination.
• Closely monitor market dynamics to reduce supply risk, and identify cost reduction opportunity.
• Conduct procurement expenditures analysis by product or service category to identify potential savings opportunities.
• Formulate reasonable negotiation strategies in advance, and participate in business negotiations of key projects.
• Contract life cycle management, to release orders within specified timeframes, and follow up on-time delivery and payments.
• Effectively manage and promptly follow up on disputes with suppliers to avoid or minimize litigation and seek the most beneficial dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with internal users and stakeholders to ensure compliance of all safety regulations throughout the supply chain.
• Constantly identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes, improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor commercial process and conduct fraud investigation to ensure compliance.
• Conduct periodic training for procurement personnel and key users on procurement policies and SOPs
• Optimize sustainable procurement team dynamically

• 密切关注市场动态信息,减少供应风险，识别成本降低机会。
• 对各品类产品或服务采购支出进行分析，识别潜在节省机会。
• 提前制订合理的谈判策略，并参与重点项目商务谈判。
• 合同全生命周期管理，规定时间内释放订单，并跟进准时交付及付款。
• 有效管理并及时跟进处理和供应商之间的争议，以避免或减少诉讼发生，并寻求最有利的争议解决方案。
• 协同内部用户及利益相关方，确保全供应链安全规定得到切实执行。
• 不断识别优化采购流程的机会，提高效率并减少浪费。
• 全商务流程监控及舞弊调查以确保合规性。
• 对采购政策及流程，不定期培训采购人员及关键用户。
• 动态中构建并优化可持续的采购团队。

Internship Requirements

Basic Qualifications
• Singapore citizens with current enrolment in an undergraduate course in Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, or Business Administration.
• Agile mindset and excellent data analytics skill
• Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office(e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant logistics software;
