Job Description

1) Marketing
a. Create and update lyf neighborhood guide
b. Assist to update property webpage on lyf website
2) Community Management and Events
a. Actively research trends and hot topics so the lyf brand can better connect with our target audience through our events and social media content.
b. Support both onsite and #virtuallyf content to drive awareness and leads for lyf community and locations (including launch events, conference presence / sponsorships, pop-ups, field activations, etc)
c. Create relevant pre and post-event marketing content to publicize and drive participation for the events, including posters, EDMs, social media posts, articles, updating website content etc.
d. Maintain partnerships with relevant merchants (eg: F&B, retail, festivals, art, design, tech, crafts, concerts, sports) to get special rates/preferred access for residents and guests
e. Serve as liaison for community / building-level event leads to manage execution
f. Evaluate post-event ROI, in coordination with lyf Champion and/or Corporate lyf team
g. Manage event rsvp and collect email addresses for email marketing purpose
h. Monitor guest feedback on the case management system in a timely manner.


Internship Requirements

· Degree or diploma with at least 1 year experience in events planning, partnerships curation and social media marketing in the school.
· Marketing and/or events experience preferred
· Highly creative
· Keen attention to detail along with strong organizational and project management skills.
· Photo and video editing skills a plus
· Results driven with an ability to execute independently
· Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, preferably in both English and a local language
· Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
· Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
· Able to work on weekends for lyf community events if required
