Job Description

工作职责包括但不限于以下：
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following：

1. Sales:
-负责更新维护每月的产品单价；
Responsible for updating monthly unit price;
-负责完成内部ERP系统模具订单的录入和开票；
Responsible for tooling order entry into ERP system and apply for invoice;
-负责完成内部ERP系统客户档案更新与维护；
Responsible for maintain / updating customer information;
-负责销售经理开发新项目，报价所需要信息
Responsible to assistant sales manager to development new business (e.g collect material & PI information,)

2. Program:
-协助工程师整理和发放项目文件（BOM/PI/ECN/JOB NO/图纸..）并交DCC受控和管理
Assist engineers to collate and release documents such as BOM, PI, ECN, drawings to DCC for management.
-公司ERP系统存货档案产品编号和物料编号的建立和管理，及EPR系统维护
Create new part numbers and BOM in ERP system. Maintenance to ERP.
-试模收费ERP录入，委外试模统计，工模部交模准时率统计
Input the charging money for mold trial in ERP system, and sum up mold trials taken place in other plants. Collect and analyze the punctuality of tool competition from tool room.

3.Others
-文员或其他执行职位空缺时，代理其职责
Taking the place of the clerk or other KA when the position is at vacancy.
-上级或管理层指派的其它工作。
Other tasks assigned by superior or Management.

1. 本科及以上学历
2. 对于制造行业感兴趣
3. 具备优秀的中英文表达能力
4. 优秀的团队合作能力
5. 熟练掌握Office技能
6. 机械工程或材料类专业优先考虑
