Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Participate package/system level SI/PI simulation
2. Analyze electrical characteristics of high-speed I/O, chip package, PCB board interconnect & connector, and analyze power distribution system
3. Build models for PDN, evaluate Vdroop contribution from various components(VRM, PCB, socket, Package)
4. Benchmark industry PCB/Package related solution

Internship Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master in EE/CS or related subject
2. Relevant experience in Signal integrity/Power integrity simulation tool
3. Basic theory of Signal integrity/Power integrity
4. Basic understanding of PCB schematic & layout and Package concept
5. Highly motivated, fast learner, team player with good communication skills
