o Working closely with supervisor to achieve company sales targets
o Willing to learn in servicing highly affluent clientele
o Manage and maintain the database in our CRM system
o Preparation of sales-related documents (eg. quote and contract)
o Maintains sales documentations
o Promptly follow through with other departments to ensure customer requests are honoured
o Follow up with clients’ pre-sale and after-sale
o Maintain professional business relations with all clients
o Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Internship Requirements

o Ability to multi-task and manage workload/time effectively with excellent follow-through, pay attention to quality and details, with a high sense of urgency
o Great interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with clients/colleagues
o Good team player and able to work independently
