Job Description
• Get familiar with daily reservations and activations
• Prepare stations with tools for service
• Learn about specials & 86’s
• Participate in service following established SOP’s
• Check with guests on food allergies
• Manage guest experience with gusto
• Sell wine and be familiar with pouring processes
• Manage guest checks
• Chat guests and serve as an expert in your craft and community
• Consistently vibe check room and communicate with supervisors
• Periodic inventory count service ware
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
